Gitpod Flex - AWS - delete organization

Bug description

When i delete "organization" from "Gitpod Flex" interface, nothing is deleted on AWS.

Steps to reproduce

Steps: a.)Gitpod Flex > Settings & members > General > Delete this Organization After this action organization disappear from gitpod UI(that is correct). b.) AWS > CloudFormation, AWS > Amazon Elastic Container Service > Clusters, AWS > EC2 Dashboard > Instances Nothing is marked for deletion, everything(runner + enviroment) is running.

Expected behavior

Delete all resources on AWS.
