Vault injector not working

Hi again, I've been trying to do the exercise of the chapter 7 where vault injects secret to the custom app, I'm getting a timeout from the vault-init-container , complaining about the auth please find below, I hope you can help me.

PD: I've looked on the vault-k8s github issues and added the "pre-populate" annotation
