Sync not at 100% despite Already Fully Translated on GitHub

Summary

Languages are already fully translated on GitHub, after syncing it shows less than 100% on GitLocalize.

Steps to reproduce

See endpoints folder of ja and zh-TW in linked repo.

What is the current bug behavior?

Translated shows not at 100%.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be at 100%.

@NonSpicyBurrito Thank you for reporting the issue. But at the moment can't understand why 100% should be shown, because there is still not fully translated folder for ja and zh-TW:

@svasilenkov They are fully translated on GitHub repo already, they are just not showing up on GitLocalize fully.
