Github integrations not connecting
Description
In Dev environment, when connecting a Github.com integration, Gitlens does not update to reflect the newly connected integration
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect integration via GK.dev
- After authentication open/allow the redirect for GL
Expected Results Gitlens should now show the Github integration as being connected
Actual Results Gitlens will not update the integration for Github

Additionally, after the redirect back to GL does not reflect the integration connection, clicking the 'connect integration' button automatically redirects to this URL: https://dev.gitkraken.dev/connect?source=gitlens&provider=github,githubEnterprise,gitlab,gitlabSelfHosted,azure,bitbucket,bitbucketServer,jira&token=2zNYg4EGTemT0qtaOb2pY2D3tYq and it just opens the confirmation page instead of the connect integration page:
Adding a new integration directly from gk.dev and resyncing in GL does bring in the new integrations
This is a case of a user with a "grandfathered" GitHub connection via the GH Extension.
I think I'm part of the "grandfathered" group @d13. I can confirm that the integration doesn't appear to be working under GitLens 17.4.1. Specifically, it doesn't appear to retrive any of the Issues in the connected repo.
