Regression: Show ___ view not working for grouped views when on a different sidebar

Description

Use, for example, "Show Branches View" when the sidebar (usually Source Control) hosting the grouped GitLens views (and the branch view by extension) is not active.

Expect to switch to that sidebar and show the view.

Instead, nothing happens.
