Update messaging for Pro badge tooltip in the graph during Pro feature preview

During a Pro feature preview, modify the message in the tooltip for the Pro badge on the right side of the toolbar in the graph. Change You have x more days left to preview local Pro features to You have x more days left to preview the Commit Graph on private repositories
