German translation

This pull request will add German translation for the "Introduction to GitHub" Learning Lab.

I'm working on these translations with my tutor over time, so it won't all happen at once, but I'll put progress here as it happens.

Something to follow up on later - these courses link to the docs. As our docs are localized, should we update the links manually to point to the proper localized docs, or will redirects happen automatically?

I have all files ready! I hope to review files from 04_commit-something to the end with my german tutor over the next few weeks, but I am happy for reviews (and suggested commits!) now if anybody is interested. 😊 I am going to take this out of draft mode so it can be tested properly.
