Create hacktoberfest

@srajika256 creating a PR like this really isn't in the spirit of the Hacktoberfest competition. This just wastes the time of the maintainers who have to look at this PR and ultimately close it off as invalid.

To the owners of this repository, as per the FAQ's of the Hacktoberfest competition, can I suggest that you mark this PR with an invalid label.

@srajika256 I would encourage you to read the FAQ's of the contest here:

Your PR serves no purpose, other than practising "how" to do a PR, and again, isn't really in the spirit of the competition. There are plenty of ways in which you could make a valid contribution to a repository without opening PR's like this.
