Extract core visualization logic into reusable module
Update packages to latest versions (React 18, TypeScript 5.2)
Add CLI dependencies (commander, chalk)
Create TypeScript configuration for CLI
Update README with CLI usage documentation
Maintain backward compatibility with GitHub Action tbh I vibe coded this pr but it works so..
