Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some users have had issues with running out of memory for the language server. However it is not configurable so there is no way to fix it.

Describe the solution you'd like A setting in VS Code preferences for the extension to control the language server RAM.

Describe alternatives you've considered Working on the language server to use less RAM.

Additional context There is no --ram flag to codeql execute language-server so it should be a -J-Xmx style flag.
