Advisory Database: Dart language support

Summary

The Dart programming language allows developers to write both web and mobile apps. It uses a package manager called pub. This feature will add support for publishing security advisories against the pub package manager.

Intended Outcome

This is a necessary step to help protect the software supply chain for developers that use the Dart programming language.

How will it work?

The Advisory Database has a list of known ecosystems. We will add Dart pub packages to that list.

Reopening this issue as so far Dart is only supported on Dependabot version updates, but not in the Advisory Database. Release of support to the Advisory Database is coming soon.
