Perserve Unicode NO-BREAK SPACE

Unicode characters are generally preserved in GitHub Markdown output, e.g.,

  • [x] FIGURE SPACE (> <)
  • [x] NARROW NO-BREAK SPACE (> <)

Weirdly, the same isn't true for

  • [ ] the ordinary U+00A0 NO-BREAK SPACE (> <, it's converted to a breaking space)
