Reasons for making this change: Adding .gitignore file for MuleSoft 4 Applications.

@jmporcel I'm sorry, but this isn't enough information to go off of. I need more evidence of what MuleSoft is and how widely it is used to include it in our root directory. If you can provide that, we can re-evaluate.

Otherwise, you're welcome to add this to our community folder.
