Updated to KiCAD v8

Reasons for making this change: I'm a KiCAD user, and the gitignore that keeps popping up as the first google hit is 3-4 major versions old. And many of the temporary and lock files have changed namings.

On behalf of every KiCad+git user, thank you for these updates! I thought there was a missing backslash on line 9 (\#auto_saved_files\#), but I just verified that the PR works as intended. Hoping Team Github merges this soon.

I just saw the option to add templates within the community directory, so I moved the current (v5) KiCAD gitignore into that directory, in case anyone is using that version.
