Create LTspice.gitignore
Reasons for making this change: LTspice is a high-performance SPICE simulation software, schematic capture and waveform viewer with enhancements and models for easing the simulation of analogue circuits.
It is the most popular Freeware SPICE simulator used extensively in both hobby and professional environments. As a hardware engineer using Github, a built in template would be quite valuable.
This is a rework of #3080, putting the .gitignore file in the correct directory.

I think this might be missing the *.plt files, apologies if I am incorrect. Aside from that, I think this is useful and should be merged
The *.plt files are plot settings, you can use them to configure how a waveform is displayed in the viewer.
The reason I left it out is because they're not large and you might want to keep a specific set of plot settings so that you can run the simulation and not have to waste time setting up the axes how you'd like.
