Add recommendation from Beckhoff. Infos are from Infosys (PLC) and generated by TwinCAT (HMI)

@Tc-KGu yeah right. Additionally I add gitignore for HMI too.

Anyway, I think there is no Person who is able to accept all these requests..., what is going on here?
