As #2355 was closed, today there's still not a gitignore template file for MPLABX
As per today's project structure of this repo, I'd suggest and additional change, on moving this gitignore into the community/embedded folder
Could you please apply this PR @jcsx ? Or @wirecat :pray: :sweat_smile:
Side note/personal opinion: I don't see a real value on the "global" folder and its readme, as currently exists on this repo. I mean, not everyone are willing to do a general gitignore setup, so there's a real possibility of tracking files expected to be ignored
Being said that, I'd suggest to also move into community/embedded folder, the following 2 templates:
