[BUG]: copilot gives wrong instructions on how to update gh-copilot

What happened?

What did you do? What happened? What did you expect to happen?

If you as gh-copilot "how to update gh-copilot?" it will give wrong answers. i.e.

gh extension update GitHub.copilot

Instead, the correct command should be

gh extension upgrade gh-copilot

I know that this probably due to hallucination by GPT-4, but I think it is worth tuning things that is related to copilot itself.
