intel-based MacOS 14 not seen in runners list

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

I don't do much MacOS development, but I noticed that the "Choose a runner" page is lacking any mention of an Intel/x86 based MacOS-14 image, despite the fact that this image is listed in runner-images.

Additional information

I know that MacOS 15 was announced to be the last supported x86 MacOS image on Actions, but not the only supported image after MacOS 13 is dropped in a couple of days. I'm assuming there's a x86 -14 image, even though it hasn't been explicitly stated anywhere but runner-images??

@tqpcharlie I'm going back and forth on whether to just accept your PR without trying to check in with the Actions team, because I don't think it's catastrophic if you're wrong, but your uncertainty is making think I should check in. If any other contributors happen to know that it's supported, though, I would probably take that as good enough.
