Current problem

The article contains GHEC-only versioning blocks without corresponding GHES coverage:

Missing GHES blocks:

• Line 32-35: GHEC-only content about GitHub Copilot Chat availability
• Line 89-92: GHEC-only content about organizational policies

Enterprise Server users see incomplete information or missing sections.

Proposed solution

1. Add GHES versioning blocks - Include appropriate {% ifversion ghes %} blocks for Enterprise Server content
2. Verify content accuracy - Ensure GHES-specific content reflects actual Enterprise Server capabilities
3. Test rendering - Verify the article renders correctly for both GHEC and GHES versions
4. Follow versioning patterns - Align with established GitHub Docs versioning standards

@aymanaboghonim Like the other issue, no one needs to go all-in on this, it would just be nice for the versioning to display correctly for right now. And to update the links you identified without breaking everything.

NOTE: Per maintainer feedback on issue #38825, the GitHub Docs team has plans for a new simplified versioning system on the horizon, and we should focus only on minimal fixes rather than broader versioning campaigns.

@Sharra-writes - Should this Enterprise versioning issue be closed since it's part of the broader campaign approach you mentioned isn't needed right now? Or would you like this kept open for the future simplified versioning system implementation?

@aymanaboghonim I would like to see those links updated, which may require addressing the versioning. And if we have to address it anyway, and it's not too complicated, it makes sense to make sure it's displaying properly. If we can sneak in and get those links without addressing it, that would be fine, too.

@aymanaboghonim Sorry, the versioning for this is just really complex, so I've been working on checking it in between other work, but it's taking a while. In general, things in this repo move fairly slowly unless it's a simple fix. Things have to be double checked, SMEs frequently have to be called in, and it's a surprisingly small team for the number of docs we have. I appreciate your patience. I haven't forgotten and it hasn't even gotten lost in my pile of work, it's just slow and involved.
