Emphasis the use of github.action_path

I am proposing this fix, as it's not clear that the line: echo "${{ github.action_path }}" >> $GITHUB_PATH , is mandatory in order for this example to work.

Why: The document not mentioning that it's must use the line 'echo "${{ github.action_path }}" >> $GITHUB_PATH'
