Proposed solution

When I use some existing tool in vscode such as web fetch, copilot shows error as it doesn't support web fetch.

Ideally, copilot cli supports most of the tools that vscode support, in that case, I can reuse most of the existing prompts.

Otherwise, please give a list of supported tools in official document.
