Request for support of https connection for Intellij

In ZD#2045665 our customer UHG asked if it's possible to use https for their connection to Intellij.

Customer states:

I see on https://docs.github.com/en/codespaces/developing-in-codespaces/developing-in-a-codespace?tool=jetbrains that the connection from JetBrains IDE to CodeSpaces is over SSH. Is there a way to leverage HTTPS instead of SSH?

Inbound and outbound SSH is blocked from use by my company’s network security policy
