VS Community 2022 RUN and Compile functions aren't available
Once the VS community is installed, I create any type of application, be it console or web, the complication and execution functions, F5 and Ctl-F5 keys are never activated to be able to execute the application that Visual Studio always creates by default. The first thing it shows is Attach or Attach. I then go and select the startup program and then it shows a window that says "Please select a valid startup item".
I just reinstalled it more than 5 times including uninstalling Kaspersky antivirus.
My enviroment: Edición Windows 11 Home Single Language Versión 22H2 Se instaló el 11/11/2022 Compilación del SO 22621.1413 Experiencia Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22639.1000.0
