VS 2019 Professional icons not loading

Hi,

I am facing an issue wherein I dont see Visual studio ICONS getting loaded, I tried repairing using Admin rights and also my local support team did using their access but I still dont see IDE icons loading. I have loaded a Microsoft support ticket for the same(https://developercommunity2.visualstudio.com/t/Visual-Studio-2019-IDE-icons-not-display/1686742?space=8). Did anyone face this issue? I tried installing with my company's VPN enabled and disabled. I don't have the complete admin rights on this system. Logs I have uploaded to the ticket. Appreciate your help on this.
