Visual Studio 2019 - Git Authentication Error

I am receiving the following error message inside Visual Studio 2019 when attempting to upload changes to a Git repository (via Azure DevOps):

Authentication failed for 'https://dev.azure.com/[domain]/[app]/_git/[repo]/'

I was previously able to push changes to the Company’s repository without incident for a period of one year (to the day). I suspect there may be some sort of permission that needs to be renewed on the part of the Company's IT team within its Azure DevOps instance but, as a developer/contributor, I am not aware of steps which might need to be taken. I am also not aware of what changes might need to be made locally within my Visual Studio 2019 Community setup.

I have been unable to upload code changes for over a week. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
