Docking windows crashes Visual Studio 2019

What happened

After a window is split from the main dock, dragging it back into the dock will crash (and reopen) visual studio.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open up any project in VS2019.
  2. Click on any file on the main dock, drag it out to create a separate window.
  3. Drag the window back into the dock.
  4. Visual Studio will crash and reopen.

Expected behavior

Not crashing Visual Studio
