Copilot can't remember last time used model in OpenRouter

Describe the bug

Every time Copilot restarts, it loses the last time chosen model of OpenRouter and use GPT-5 mini as default.

Versions

  • Copilot for Xcode: 0.44.148
  • Xcode: 26.0.1
  • macOS: 26.0.1
