Long existing can't read file issue

Describe the bug

Copilot randomly can't read file's content and it leads many issues. This time, I asked Copilot to find out unused views and functions. It gave many wrong answers and I had to redirect it many times. Finally I asked it why this happened. And it answered that in the very beginning, the reading files was not correct and it didn't know what the content was at the very beginning. However I was shocked as if that happened I thought Copilot should show me an error instead of try to fool me.
