Copilot can only upgrade partially through settings

When using check update button in settings, it only upgrade partially.

Describe the bug

Versions

• Copilot for Xcode: 0.43.139
• Xcode: 26
• macOS: 26

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Chat Window
2. Open Settings from Chat Window
3. Click Check update, and upgrade to latest version
4. After upgrade the Copilot will restart. However, only the Chat window restarts. The settings are still there. And the version is not changed.
5. Click upgrade again, the upgrade will fail, like the video.

Workaround: quit copilot manually and start it again.
