Suggestions for improving the experience

I think there are a few user experience issues that need to be addressed. One is that when Xcode is in focus, the chat window doesn't come to the foreground—it requires me to press a shortcut or click the mouse to bring it up. Another issue is the automatic resizing with the Xcode window. Sometimes, when I open a new Xcode window without adjusting its size, the chat window’s dimensions are incorrect.
