Retested on 2.4.172 the following which still produces the CSRF in the Add Event separate browser window. (1) Launch Dashboards (Dashboard Settings Required to re-create same below) (2) Launch another...
Here's another test case with Dashboard that also triggers CSRF with 2.4.172: (1) Launch Dashboard (2) Add Widget (3) Save Dashboard Config
The two test cases above work fine in 2.4.174, i.e. no CSRF.
