allow a user to edit their submission link for a hackathon after they submit it
Circumstance
After a user submits their work on a hackathon/event, on the submission form there's a submission link. After submitting work however, there's no way for the user to change their submission link.

Hi! I am admittedly new to GitCoin, but I have experience in software development.
My plan:
- Understand the process for a user to input a submission link (e.g., I imagine there's a database of users and submission links somewhere, at least in concept)
- Design an interface for the user to change submission link (i.e., pencil icon in second screen)
- Carry out the process to change the submission link, using the "database" appropriately as per (1)
- Provide unittests and integration tests with a sample account and JS mock-testing
Please let me know if this makes sense for the requirement!
