disable the button of "checkout vote" when vote again

I know that there is a rule for one user, you only can vote one time.

So how about we disable the "checkout vote" button rather than still show them?

If you have voted for someone, you can check the Votes Given and retweet your vote again. (so don't need to checkout again)

Fully agree that disabling (or not showing) the checkout vote button is a better approach than a rule. Let us plan if we can do it while the Gitcoin Grants Round 11 or after it. Thanks!
