Indexer: add a different Passport scorer for Avalanche

The goal of this task is to use a different scorer for all the rounds on the Avalanche chain. For all the other chains we will continue to use the default scorer we already have.

New scorer id for avalanche: 6608

My understanding is we can use this scorer to calculate QF results offline and upload through a manager fork
