Where will this graphics be used?

Gitcoin Grants homepage

What is the goal of having this graphics?

An on brand generic image for when there isn't a grant round running

Any preferred styles/themes? Provide examples if any.

New gitcoin brand style and colors

We also need two images to replace the areas below
