Improve the Organization Access Request

While I appreciate the current process, I believe there is room for improvement. Specifically, I have noticed that the current process can be a bit confusing and time-consuming, which can be frustrating for users.

In my experience, it would be helpful if there was more guidance on the specific information that is required when submitting a request for organization access. Attaching the screenshot of the request our organization admin received for the gitbutler seems to lack specificity of what data access it needs. they feel like it's spam and not approving the request.
