New anchor connection feature for shapes and lines

I needed this feature so I created a first pass of the feature in the pull request

any hope that this connecting anchor will be implemented ? it is a really important feature when creating organizational diagrams, flowcharts etc to have the lines snapped to the boxes when moving the boxes around.
