JetBrain IDEs use bito plugin question

Hello! Your bito is very easy to use, but when I use it on the JetBrain IDE tool, the bito page always loads and cannot be operated. Sometimes when I click on the bito, there is no interface.

Sorry to hear that you are facing issue in using Bito. Can you help us with Email address that your are using with Bito.

And also share logs for analysing the issue in details -

1. For JB ==> Help --> Find Action --> type Bito under Action --> select "Bito: Open dev tools" --> Console --> Right click and use menu "Save as".
2. For JB ==> Help --> Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data --> Show in folder and It will give you the log in zip format.

We see from the logs that Bito has hanged. Can you please once follow below steps and see if this helps you recover -

1. Logout from Bito
2. Restart IDE
3. Logi again in Bito

If the issue still exists, please share logs again.

Thanks for sharing logs. Did you recently upgraded to Bito 1.3.2? Looking at the logs the new Bito plugin is not installed correctly or the old one is not uninstalled properly.

Can you please try to uninstall Bito, ensure that its uninstalled [By looking at installed Plugin list] and then install again from Marketplace?

My bito is 1.3.2. It's not that I didn't install it properly. Because I need to use bito, but there is a problem with bito, which prevents me from using it. I can only continue to use it by restarting the IDE or disabling bito in the IDE plug-in market, and then enabling bito again. Restarting the IDE was too slow, so I chose to disable bito and then enable bito. This way you can continue to use
