Northern Limit crashes game

Under What It Achieves says that the patch "Increases memory arena sizes so the Northern Limit area files can be loaded." When trying to load said area, the game still crashes. Would be lovely to visit the area in game, is it possible to address this issue? I did follow the instructions to a T. Did i miss something? Debug Menu works just fine otherwise.
