Not working with the high core count fixed .exe

Title. I have a 3950X and am using this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/deusexhumanrevolution/mods/18

Which in turn causes ModHook to cease working.

If anyone else needs it, they probably need to use the modified DLL as the original modhook release here on github checks the CRC of files:
