Invert axis not working on subplots

When using scatter plots the invert x axis and y axis check boxes work when a single plot is selected, but have no affect when subplots are chosen

To Reproduce

create scatter plot
select invert y axis
select single plot
1. create plot
Single plot is correct - y axis is inverted
select Subplots
update plot
Subplot is incorrect - y axis is not inverted (invert y axis box remains ticked)
