Wallpaper does not expand on resolution change.

Changing resolution causes bug. system restart or logout does not solve issue. disabling and re-enabling autostart of video-wallpaer does not fix issue

As a temporary solution, I've added a delay of 1 second to the start up command of video wallpaper.
