I don't know how to deal with FirstService Residential because they're doing property management. Is there any clue for this?

FirstService Residential is a property management company. They do send both transactional and promotional emails. A majority of emails are for items like account updates, dues notices, delinquencies, payments, property manager communications, and more. Some are promotional like handyman or home improvement services they perform in house. I only know this from being a resident in a community that is managed by FSR.
