How to Update To-One Relationships?

I'd like to update a To-One Relationship on a record, but can't figure out how to do it.

I want to do what's described here in the JSON Api Spec.

I've tried updating the record described in the docs

I've tried updating record for the relationship described in the docs

But I don't get the PATCH with the correct URL and Body described in the Json Api Spec. Any ideas on what to try next, or is this not a feature of the library yet?
