Updated everything and ported to ImageSharp to be crossplatform

A lot of maintenance patches. Updated to NET 6 (current LTS). Ported old System.Drawing to SixLabors.ImageSharp. Updated to newest PdfSharpCore (successor of the PdfSharp project).

And it has a sample application with 75 % of code coverage which I compared to your original version under NET framework.
