Dependencies for Debian 11

Hi,

I believe this information could be added to README file as Debian is pretty popular. So here is the list of packages to be installed to compile OLVWM: xutils libboost-dev libx11-dev libxext-dev bison libxpm-dev libncurses-dev flex-old (modern flex raises error because of syntax changes)

This should also work with Raspbian/RaspberryPi-OS, so far i need a constant internet conection to make it (possible?), but when i can get it working, i'll give a screenshot.

I'll also attempt to rework the flex bits to be "newer"(works with current versions)

Edit: i think this was made with a version of flex that was compatible with the solaris lex me thinks.
