Misc. bug: WebUI can't scroll to prompt text area after adding too many (25+) images

version: 7018 (ece0f5c17) built with cc (Ubuntu 13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04) 13.3.0 for x86_64-linux-gnu

After adding 25+ images (depending on the size of your browser window) it becomes impossible to scroll down to edit or submit the prompt. If you already entered a prompt and the text cursor is still in the text area you can hit enter to submit, but otherwise you must delete some images or reload the page and try again. It seems to be missing a scroll area or scrollable tag somewhere.
