Mimetypes for the other DEs

Shouldn't be too difficult Query the value of XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP when you log into a session, copy the budgie-mimeapps.list, lowercase the value of XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP and name it value-mimeapps.list Replace mimetypes as appropriate
