CodeCov Integration parity for GitHub Enterprise

Thanks for posting the feedback. Codecov integration is not what the integrations team actively working on so I'll ask around to see if there's any better owner.

@gid-sentry It's always good to have support ask attached to the github issues so engineering team knows what's the priority.
